“When clients are feeling stuck and struggling to find a common ground on their own, I will remind them that life inevitably involves pain such as, frustration, disappointment, anger, sadness, anger, rejection, loss, and failure. But I will also help them to learn how they can handle and accept their emotional experiences, to let go of unhelpful thoughts and live a rich, full, and meaningful life”.
